Spring Printmaking at the U of M!

Like drawing? Ever wish you could make a bunch of the same drawing at once? Regis Center for Art offers several exciting printmaking classes in relief, screen printing, intaglio and lithography! ARTS 1501: Intaglio and Lithography!

1501 covers the time honored methods of developing and printing from copper plate etchings, and introduces stone and plate lithography.

We are going to talk Bo' Merch - and preparations for the prints sale coming up before break!  This is a fundraiser for the club, so if you're planning to reap the benefits of being in the club, then we really need your help!  This fundraiser will go towards New Orleans SGC - so come help out!!!

Visiting Artists Michael Barnes & Michael Krueger

Michael Barnes & Michael Krueger came to the U last week as visiting artists and speakers.  They spent the weekend working on solar plates, and a massive collaborative stone litho project.  Bohemians had the privilege of being there to witness and facilitate the print glory.   Here's just a taste of the business in our shop those few days - for more pics check here, and stay tuned for video coming right up.

A very fun, productive weekend!  Thanks to the Michaels, Jenny, and everyone who came out to help!
